Objectives for Adults swimming levels

It is very important to define a LEVEL regarding each of our formulas.

This will allow you to personalize your lesson to the maximum as well as create homogeneous groups (in the case of mini-collective lessons) for an optimal learning.

To determine your level, you only need to check if you are able to achieve all the goals of a given level. As soon as you identify a level for which all goals are not met, you have found the right registration level.
During your first lesson, the teacher in charge will check the level and adapt the lesson accordingly.

Indeed, it is ideal to start with a personalized accompaniment. In this way, the teacher can be in the water by your side 100% of the time! It also allows him/her to adapt constantly to your evolution and to accompany you step by step.

In practice, we will therefore develop, at your own pace, the safety positions as well as the technical exercices to master a first swim style.

If you want to learn a lot in order to master the swimming, we will provide everything you need, but if you prefer to focus on a particular swim style (for example), it is also possible!

You will be able to determine with your teacher which obstacles you need to overcome and those that you can avoid without hindering your learning and without leaving you a knowledge gap.

Private pools are recommended for this level as they are more discreet and lessons are usually taught in a calm and reassuring climate.
