Absences allowed?

Thanks to the Subscription formula, we automatically deduce 50% of the price of 2 lessons per pupil for a full subscription (1 for half a subscription) for which you warn us about the absence before the lesson. (Holidays, sicknesses, unplanned events, …)

However, it is not possible for us to postpone a lesson because it would generate new costs beyond the scope of our rates.

Absences must be declared before the lesson by one of the following 4 means:

- Through your customer account (more information below)
- By e-mail to the following address : contact@letetard.be
- By S.M.S. to the +32 486 305 805
- By Phonecall to the +32 486 305 805 (if no answer on the phone, a voice message will be accepted)

Cancellation possible?

Thanks to the Appointment formula, you can always cancel a course up to 24h hours before it’s start.

Unfortunately, any class cancelled less that 24h beforehand will be lost.
